  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full credit card details)

4. AI Processing

When you use our AI features (PromptGuide AI), your prompts may be processed by third-party AI services. We use these services solely to provide the requested functionality. Your prompts are not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Data Usage and Ownership

Important: Content Ownership by Tier

  • Free Tier Users: Prompts you create and mark as "public" become community contributions. PromptAtlas AI retains ownership rights to use, display, and share these prompts within the platform. Private prompts remain yours, but are subject to our 20-prompt storage limit.
  • Premium Tier Users: You retain full ownership of all your prompts (both public and private). PromptAtlas AI has a limited license to display your public prompts on the platform, but ownership remains with you. You can delete or make prompts private at any time.

Analytics and Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage statistics (page views, feature usage, prompt categories) to improve the Service. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. Premium users have enhanced privacy controls and can opt out of non-essential analytics.

AI Training: Your prompts are NEVER used to train external AI models without your explicit consent. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our own recommendation algorithms.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • Public Prompts: Prompts you mark as "public" are visible to other users

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Secure authentication and session management
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Access controls and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. After deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
