At PromptAtlas AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for our Premium subscription service.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Premium service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee:
- You must be a first-time Premium subscriber
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial payment
- The refund applies only to the first billing cycle
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. This includes:
- Automatic monthly renewals after the first month
- Annual subscription renewals
- Upgrades from monthly to annual plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day money-back guarantee period:
- Contact us through your account settings or via email
- Provide your account email and reason for the refund request
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining time in the current billing period
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier at the end of the billing period
- Your prompts and data will be preserved, but you will be limited to 20 prompts on the Free tier
6. Downgrading from Premium to Free
If you have more than 20 prompts when downgrading to the Free tier:
- All your prompts will be preserved and accessible (read-only)
- You will not be able to create new prompts until you reduce your total to 20 or fewer
- You may delete prompts to bring your total under the Free tier limit
- You can re-upgrade to Premium at any time to regain full access
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may provide refunds outside of the 7-day guarantee period in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service outages or unavailability
- Other circumstances at our sole discretion
Such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and deny future access to the Service. Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.
9. Free Tier
The Free tier is provided at no cost and does not involve any payments or refunds. You may use the Free tier indefinitely without any financial obligation.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
